Billing & Insurance
In order to focus on delivering high-quality therapy services to our clients, we are currently private pay only. Please contact us to inquire about rates for therapy sessions. Credit, debit, FSA, and HSA cards can be used for payment. A card will be kept on file and charged on the day of your child’s therapy session. A superbill can be provided upon request for submission to insurance for reimbursement.

We ask that where possible, a 24 hours’ notice be given for cancellations. With this in mind, we understand that things come up, and will work with you on a case-by-case basis. An overall 80% attendance rate is required to remain in our practice

Yes! We offer a short, free screening to determine whether a full evaluation is warranted for your child

Depending on our initial impressions from a screening, we recommend the completion of a comprehensive evaluation, which will last 1-3 hours. Evaluations test across multiple domains of speech, language, social, and cognitive skills. The results of the evaluation will be used to guide treatment recommendations and planning

Yes! We believe that having parents participate in the treatment process improves outcomes, and therefore encourage your participation in treatment sessions

Yes! We believe that interdisciplinary collaboration with other members of your child’s team (including teachers and other therapists) optimizes outcomes, so we will happily work with them to work towards everyone’s goals for your child

Yes! Dragonfly Kids Therapy was started in part to meet the needs of children who do not have access to school-based services. Do not hesitate to reach out even if your child did not qualify for services in the school setting
